Jeremey Roenick Why were you crying last night?

What the hell was that all about last night in the post game analysis live from Philadelphia. The Chicago Blackhawks whom Jeremy played for won their first Stanley Cup since 1961. I thought about it I felt that Milbury didn’t allow Jeremy to take in his moment. Jeremy never won the cup in his playing career. There is a long list of players who were never able to drink from Lord Stanley’s Cup and why it’s unfortunate there was only 1 issue with his emotions taking over his soul on live television. You played for the Flyers too Roenick. This is Hockey and the sad thing is the Hawks traded JR to the Flyers because of money and sold their souls for an additional 15 years. I do recall you left Chi-Town a washed up and battered soul who could only get it done for us in NHL Hockey for SEGA in the 90s with your 97 rating, the quickness of a cat and the slap shot power that can break the fiberglass when you miss the net.

If I wasn’t such a big time Hockey fan I wouldn’t have said a word, called Milbury a pompous @ss and kept it moving. Jeremy you remember when you came from which is great the ending of the game was not as spectacular as what you left us with at the end of the telecast. Exorcising the demon that has haunted you since 1992 coming off the Ice with that 7 yr old crying that the team he loved just lost their chance at Immortality.

Last Night was for you J.R.
